Reporting to the CEO/Owner, the successful candidate will bring a proven record of operational leadership in the home services industry.
You will lead a team of professionals and contribute to company growth, enhanced sales, and profitability by delivering premium pest control service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities ? Oversee all management staff as they lead efficient teams, focused on premium service, and a premium organizational culture of success.
? Work closely with the CFO to ensure the financial health of the company.
Utilize their expertise and feedback to analyze and enhance the profitability of all revenue streams.
? Implement, refine and monitor business policies and protocols serving the goal of continual operational improvement.
? Effectively lead the marketing professionals to maximize our exposure, grow market share and support our business development efforts.
? Oversee sales team efforts and results, as they effectively message and sell our services, enhance revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Lead the service management team to ensure we are providing industry leading pest control and optimal results for our customers.
? Work closely with human resources professional to continually improve the employee experience, staff development and retention.
? Support and reinforce our brand standards and ensure premium and consistent execution of work.
? Lead by example.
Demonstrate shared responsibility for consistent processes, on time delivery of work and foster achievement of individual and team goals.
? Define and adjust KPIs to enhance performance and the bottom line.
? Meet regularly with direct reports to review performance goals, and optimize results through coaching, mentoring and training opportunities.
? Participate in professional and community organizations that enhance company exposure and achievement of company goals.
Experience Desired ? 5 years of experience as an operations manager.
Bachelor's degree in business management preferred.
? P&L management experience and fluency in business finance.
? Demonstrated professional communication skills, written and verbal.
? Ability to lead and influence teams at all levels to high performance standards and clearly articulate goals, priorities, and objectives.
? Experienced in growing a service operation and enhancing market share.
? Must be highly organized, self disciplined and proactive in nature.
? Demonstrate a positive and empathetic approach to leadership, welcoming feedback and enhancing collaboration.
? Demonstrated commitment to premium work and execution of premium customer service.
? Ability to perform effectively in difficult situations and lead others to enhanced production and problem resolution.
