Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Appointment Setting Representative, your primary focus will be on handling inbound calls and proactively following up with our current customers.
You'll also engage in outbound calls to support various customer service initiatives.
This role is key to providing exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the growth of Climate Pro Air Conditioning & Heating.
Key
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
Proactively follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and address additional needs.
Conduct outbound calls for customer outreach, promotions, and service updates.
Utilize effective communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Document interactions, track issues, and manage customer accounts using customer service software.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about product/service updates and company policies to provide accurate information.
Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
Adaptability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role is advantageous.
