This is a temporary position (from now (February) until September) with the opportunity to promote to a permanent role.
After one - two weeks of in-person training, you can work remotely for the rest of the season.
Training:
Training will be in-person for the first one - two weeks, Monday - Friday from 7:
00am - 4:
30pm.
Hours:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Shifts are 8 hours and hours range from 7:
00am - 4:
30 pm after training.
Overtime may be needed on weekends and evenings in the peak season.
Pay:
$17.
00/hour - We offer higher rates of pay for bilingual Spanish speakers.
Job Description:
The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.
This includes:
Providing information to customers for warranty claim orders, order status, and product knowledge requests.
Processing customer orders, changes, and returns Requirements:
Previous customer service experience Basic computer skills Problem solving and analysis skills Ability to work on a team Proficient in verbal and written communication Open interviews will be held the week of February 23rd 2023 - dates and times will be provided after you apply.
