Drives fleet of vehicles to provide escort services as required to support the customer.
MAJOR DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
General Duties:
Operate company provided vehicle to transport passengers as dispatched.
Duties may vary between serving as a CDL/Sub-CDL driver based upon vehicle type, lengths and types of runs assigned.
Must arrive to work in full uniform and wear uniform while at the site.
Ensure credentials are current and carried at all times.
Return vehicles to yard with full fuel tanks.
Remove trash from vehicles daily.
Complete Mileage Log at completion of each trip; must be legible and accurate.
Thoroughly inspect transport vehicles (pre and post trip) to include:
Check the condition of the vehicles safety equipment including horn, lights, wipers, flares, etc.
Check the gas gauge to ensure sufficient fuel for projected run.
Check condition of tires.
General Transportation:
Operate company provided vehicle (sedan, van, and motorcoach) to transport passengers.
Ensure passengers are properly prepared for and transported in accordance with customer Standards.
Preparation includes:
Monitoring passengers to ensure appropriate behavior during transport, Securing passengers transfer paperwork in the vehicle and ensuring appropriate distribution upon delivery of passengers to destinations.
Complete and submit After Action Reports with exact/precise details.
Ensure inventory of passengers baggage/valuables has been properly completed by visual examination of appropriate documentation.
Thoroughly inspect transport vehicles (pre and post trip) to include:

Qualifications:
Education and/or
Experience:
Must be a United States Citizen.
Must possess an associate degree in a related discipline from an accredited college (a high school diploma with one or more years of extra relevant experience may be substituted for an associate degree) Must have at least two years of documented experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area; as well as certification, licensure, and credentials applicable to the professional accreditation of the position if applicable (a minimum of three years of experience in a related field is required when a high school diploma with one or more years of relevant experience is substituted for an associate degree) Must be 21 years of age or older.
Clear criminal history; no felonies or Class A misdemeanors.
Must have and maintain a current/valid Class B Commercial Drivers License with passenger and air brake endorsements.
Class A Commercial Drivers License with passenger endorsement is acceptable.
Must maintain a safe driving record.
Must have a valid medical card from a Certified Medical Examiner per FMCSR Part 391.
43(a) Must pass a background investigation and obtain a security clearance.

Physical Demands.
Able to:
