At Freeway Chevrolet, we believe in taking care of our customers for the life of their vehicle, and offer dependable, quality vehicle maintenance and repairs performed by factory-trained technicians.
This role will collaborate with other technicians and Service Advisors, and reports to the Service Director.

Responsibilities:
Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Inform the Service Advisor of additional services needed, providing labor, time and parts estimates for repair Perform work specified on the repair order per dealership processes Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Perform quality control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete Desired Qualifications and
Experience:

years GM automotive technician experience is required ASE and/or GM certifications are preferred Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining drivability systems Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Thorough workmanship with excellent attention to detail A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check Hours and Work Environment:
The Service Department is open Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm and Saturday 7am - 4pm.
