Job Description:
The role of the Residential Project Coordinator 1 is to act as a liaison between the Customer, Estimator, and the Painters.
To appropriately schedule all newly booked jobs.
The Production Assistant will be responsible for assisting the production manager in ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
This position will also be responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the production department.
The Production Assistant will be expected to assist in communicating with customers and maintaining customers' files.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Schedule all East side jobs into Booking Verify color placement, Start Date and estimated arrival time.
Verify Scope of work and make changes when needed Set expectations with the homeowner on first day procedures Place job into Service Titan production Collect deposits from all starting jobs Fill out color selection form / Schedule color coordinator Job Type:
