Qualifications:
Applicant must have at least 3 YEARS experience with pre-litigation personal injury cases.
The ideal candidate should have the knowledge to handle:
- Opening claim with Insurance Carriers - Gather medical records - Communicate with clients and adjusters - Prepare file for demands - Organized and can handle many tasks at once.
Requirements:
- Can type at least 40 wpm.
- Outlook savvy - Experience in Personal Injury case management Preferred:
Spanish Experience in NEEDLES case management software Candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
