Customer Service Specialist
We are looking for a part time Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
The ideal applicant must have 6 months of customer service experience, a basic understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, and prior experience installing software.
Responsibilities include handling incoming requests from customers via phone or email, keeping accurate records of customer interactions, and following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
