PRIMARY FUNCTION
On a per-project/freelance basis, work with producers and clients to technically execute the digitizing, editing and delivery of SD and HD corporate video stories and events. Work with clients to provide creative solutions and design powerful and effective motion graphics and 3D animations.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform technical editorial functions including rough cuts, graphic design & integration, audio sweetening, and export of projects in various formats
Be constantly vigilant throughout all projects for correct details and accurate program content
Interface with client and producer; work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and offer creative solutions for each project as requested
Create client-specific modeling, animating, lighting, texturing and rendering using Maxon Cinema 4D
Conform to client-specific design requirements, from conservative to cutting edge
Develop unique concepts, designs and storyboarding to support desired messages
Demonstrate understanding of branding & marketing strategies and implementation
Estimate and budget time and resources to remain on target for project timelines
REQUIREMENTS
Be able to work on a per project basis.
Command of animation software and processes
Ability to perform and troubleshoot under pressure of a live environment
Customer service orientation; Professional presence and superior client relationship skills
Proficient in Cinema 4D and Illustrator. Maya experience a plus
Familiarity with Final Cut Pro, Motion or After Effects preferred
Ability to work effectively with senior management, corporate executives and technical colleagues in a corporate environment
Energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and strong independent work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well organized and able to handle multiple assignments with varying deadlines
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Design, Art, Multimedia, IT, Communications, Video/Film Production or related field

years' experience in the design or corporate communications industry
Excellent samples and/or reel available for review
